Most blankets only work if you sit still. This one is cut like a long robe, with two full sleeves and a built-in pocket for your feet at the hem, so it stays in place when you grab a drink, answer an e-mail or walk to the door.
The heat is built right in. Plug it in, choose a setting on the hand control and it warms up within a few minutes. The outer layer is smooth anthracite-coloured fleece flannel, while the lining, cuffs and collar are soft white sherpa.
