Nordspur | Kinetivox Hinged Joint Knee Support Brace

Stepping onto uneven pavement or heading downhill can suddenly make every stride feel tentative.

Wobbly sensations and tender spots around the knee often make you second-guess your stride on stairs or morning jogs. This brace wraps securely around the leg to give the joint firm, structured reinforcement right where it bends.

• Dual articulated side hinges
• Pressure-free open patella opening
• Dual adjustable fastening bands
• Ventilated flexible knit fabric

Structured side guidance
Mechanical hinges on each flank bend in unison with your leg. They offer firm lateral support to check unwanted twisting and unsteady movement.

Relief over the kneecap
A circular cutout leaves the kneecap uncovered while a cushioned ring surrounds it. This opening relieves direct rubbing and heavy pressure on sensitive cartilage.

Custom tension control
Sturdy counter-directional straps tighten around the thigh and calf with dependable touch fasteners. You can easily adapt the firmness depending on whether you are resting or active.

Cool airflow throughout movement
Breathable knit panels feature fine perforations across the main sleeve. Heat and sweat vent out quickly while you exercise or stay on your feet.
