Lever-operated slicing
A 42 cm pull-down arm uses leverage to press ingredients through the cutting grid. This mechanical advantage reduces the manual force needed for dense root vegetables.
Four interchangeable blades
The machine includes a set of four distinct grid attachments for varying thicknesses. You can easily swap these out depending on whether you are making thin fries or thick vegetable batons.
Non-slip grip
Four textured feet are positioned under the 24 cm by 15 cm base to anchor the unit. These feet create friction against flat worktops to resist movement while the handle is pulled down.
Detachable components
Both the cutting blade and the matching push block slide out from the main frame. This modular design allows you to rinse the food-contact parts directly in the sink.
