Lever-operated slicing
A 42 cm pull-down arm uses leverage to press ingredients through the cutting grid. This mechanical advantage reduces the manual force needed for dense root vegetables.

Four interchangeable blades
The machine includes a set of four distinct grid attachments for varying thicknesses. You can easily swap these out depending on whether you are making thin fries or thick vegetable batons.

Non-slip grip
