How it works:
1) Fill with water (only before first use):
Open the cap and use the supplied funnel to fill in approx. 1000 ml of water – do not exceed the maximum fill line. Then tighten the cap securely.
2) Connect to the charger:
Plug the HeatPack into the mains using the supplied power adaptor (230 V, UK plug).
3) Let it heat up:
The built-in heating system warms the water inside. After 7–12 minutes, the cushion is fully heated.
→ The indicator light (if present) shows when heating is complete.
4) Unplug & enjoy:
After heating, disconnect the HeatPack from the mains – it can now be used wirelessly and will stay pleasantly warm for 4–8 hours.
5) Relax safely & comfortably:
Use the VelvetWarm HeatPack as a hand warmer, foot warmer, or for soothing warmth on your stomach or back.
