The construction
Heating wire in a double spiral between two soft layers
The warmth comes from carbon fibre wire laid in a double spiral, which the manufacturer states is waterproof and flame-retardant. The wires sit between a rib-knit outer layer and a soft fleece lining, keeping the heat close to your feet and body. The outer layer is a cotton-blend jacquard knit and the lining is soft waffle fleece.

One blanket, several ways to use it
- Foot warmer: fold it around your feet when the floor is cold or you're settled on the sofa.
- Lap blanket: lay it over your knees and thighs on the sofa or at the desk.
- Shawl: draw it over your shoulders and close the zip to keep it in place.
