The construction
Double-spiral heating wire between two soft layers
The warmth comes from carbon fibre wire laid in a double spiral, which the manufacturer states is waterproof and flame-retardant. The wires sit between a rib-knit outer layer and a soft waffle fleece lining, which keeps the heat close to you. The outer layer is a jacquard knit in a cotton blend, while the lining is cosy waffle fleece.
